The instructor didn’t really explain things clearly, so it was kind of hard to follow along. I feel like a lot of the confusion was preventable if they had slowed down a bit and walked through the material more thoroughly

I found the lessons easy to follow, and the way everything is structured really helps. It’s simple to keep moving through without getting lost. I mean, it’s not like mind-blowing or anything, but then again it kind of made learning feel way less stressful, which I really appreciated.

I really wanted to like it, but the song selection just didn’t do it for me. I searched for a bunch of tracks I actually wanted to use and kept coming up empty, unless it was something super popular or in a specific lane.

For what it costs, I expected a lot more variety. I even reached out to support and got a reply along the lines of “we’re always adding more songs,” which is fine, but that didn’t help me much right now. I spent more time clicking around than actually finding anything useful, so I ended up annoyed.

After I bought a course, I couldn’t log in and couldn’t tell if I’d typed my email wrong or if the site was just being weird. I sent a message to support and heard back the next day.

The first reply was brief, but they were nice about it. Once I sent a little more info, they figured it out and fixed it without making me feel like I’d done something dumb. Weirdly, I remember I was eating raisins straight from the box while waiting for the reply.

I do wish the response had come a bit faster, but overall it was a good experience. Nothing dramatic, just solid support when I got stuck.

I spent time practicing with it, but I didn’t feel like I improved much. I was expecting the instructions to be a bit clearer and easier to follow, so I could actually understand what to work on next. It wasn’t useless, but it didn’t really help me the way I hoped it would

I tried Simple Music because I’m super new to piano, and I was honestly 100% sure it was going to be easy to follow based on the name. But nope, for me it felt hard to keep up with. Some of the lessons move way too fast, and I found myself going back over the same parts again and again. I’m absolutely convinced it would work better for someone who already knows the basics, but as a total beginner, it got frustrating quickly. It’s not awful or anything, just definitely not as simple as I thought it would be

I really wanted to like this, especially because I paid for it and was thinking, okay, this should be a step up from the free stuff online. But as I went through the lessons, I kept thinking… wait, is this it? A lot of it felt basic, and I didn’t feel like I was getting much that I couldn’t already find for free. Maybe it’s helpful for someone who’s starting from zero, but for me, I just couldn’t justify the price.

I just used the site recently it felt really smooth. I was able to find the lessons quickly without clicking around forever, and both checkout and login worked without any issues. Maybe it stands out more because I’ve dealt with a few clunky sites lately, but this one was simple and didn’t give me any hassle...

I’d give it 4 stars. The lessons on Simple Music are really clear and easy to follow, even when I’m taking my time and moving slowly. A few parts could’ve used a little more detail, but overall, I understood way more than I thought I would. It’s been nice for learning at my own pace, no pressure.
